Terms & conditions

These terms apply to your use of ai360group.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

1. About us

This website is operated by AI360 LTD (“AI360”, “we”, “us”), of 86–90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@ai360group.com.

2. Using the site

The site is provided free of charge to tell you about our services. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Please check this page when you use the site, as the version in force at that time applies to you.

3. Information on the site

Content on the site is general information about AI360 and our work. It is not business, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on it in place of advice tailored to your circumstances. Project descriptions, client results, figures and reviews describe past work and do not guarantee the outcome of any future engagement.

We take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we make no promise that it is complete, accurate or current.

4. Our services

Booking a consultation does not create an obligation on you or on us to enter into any further agreement. Any assessment, software development, training programme or support we provide is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

5. Intellectual property

We own, or are licensed to use, all intellectual property in the site and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, the AI360 name and logo, and the site design. Client names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share within your organisation. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit any content without our written permission, and you must not remove any copyright or other notices.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the site:

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to crawl and index the site and to quote or summarise its content with a link back to us.

7. Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites and services, such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Trustpilot, Google Maps and Calendly. These links are for your convenience only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

You may link to our homepage, provided you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any association, approval or endorsement by us that does not exist.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

If you are a business user

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or your reliance on its content, including loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss.

If you are a consumer

We provide the site for domestic and private use only. We are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

9. Viruses

We do not guarantee that the site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology and using your own virus protection when you access the site.

10. Your personal data

Our privacy policy explains how we use any personal data you give us.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising from them or from your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in force.
